If you would like to find out more about having therapy the first step would be to book an initial consultation.
During the consultation we will ask you to talk about what’s brought to you to therapy, and what it is you may want to see change. We may also ask you to tell us about your relationships, work and other areas of your life, both past and present.
At the end of the consultation we will discuss the option of working together, and if we both agree to this, we can go on to arrange a regular time for your sessions. You may want to take time to think about your decision and get back to us.
