It’s convenient and all you need is a good internet connection and a private space.
More and more people are finding that due to personal circumstances, and more recently COVID19, it’s not possible to attend a therapist’s office.

With Video-conferencing we have sessions through a live video link similar to Skype or Facetime, but through a more secure platform.
How it works
As the sessions are in real-time we will set a regular weekly time for our sessions, where we will meet online to discuss and explore your concerns using a webcam seeing and hearing each other very much like a face-to-face session. Each session lasts for 50 minutes, and it is important that you are in a private space during the session so that you feel safe and secure to explore your concerns in a confidential space. We recommend that you also use headphones with a built-in microphone which ensures no one can overhear our conversation. It can also make it easier to hear each other if there are any issues with connection or signal.
Telephone therapy allows us to explore your concerns by having session over the phone. You can use a landline or mobile.

Therapy through Email involves the exchange of emails, through which we have a dialogue together exploring your concerns.
It can work well for people who find they express themselves better through writing. Another benefit is that Email sessions are not dependent on being available at a particular time, allowing more flexibility for people with changeable schedules.
How it Works
You are free to send your therapist your therapeutic email anytime during the week up until the start of your scheduled session time. Your therapist will then read, write and send their response to you at the end of the 50-minute session. Your therapeutic email should be up to a maximum of 1000 words to allow your therapist enough time to complete their response.
To ensure confidentiality, and security we recommend using a Microsoft Word document encrypted with a password which only you and your therapist are aware of.
